Abstract

This systematic review examines the profound relevance of Karma Yoga in contemporary society, synthesizing classical philosophical texts with modern empirical research to present a comprehensive framework for transformative living and organizational excellence. Through rigorous analysis of 47 peer-reviewed studies and seminal texts, we propose the Integrated Karma Yoga Model (IKYM), which bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary psychological and management theories. Our findings demonstrate that Karma Yoga principles significantly enhance individual well-being, organizational performance, and societal harmony when properly implemented. This paper establishes a robust theoretical foundation for practitioners, researchers, and organizations seeking sustainable approaches to success and fulfillment in our rapidly evolving world.
